DEMAnor awarded big contract for cable carousels

DEMAnor signed contract with Duco Ltd. for delivery of 2 off
2500 tonne cable carousels bound for Duco’s sister company
Angoflex Ltda premises in Lobitho, Angola.
The contract is for complete carousels including steel structure
which all will be delivered in Norway after factory acceptance
testing. DEMAnor will also be part of the installation and
commissioning in Angola, providing Supervisors.
The contract value are estimated to be NOK 45 million, which
means DEMAnor have survived the financial crisis without
negative effects for the company. - Despite a slow year in 2009,
we now see better figures all over for DEMAnor, and with the Duco
order all employees will have enough work the next year,
says CEO Håvard Hopen.
